1. Installation: MobilBuy and MobilPOS are presented as
turn-key solutions, where merchants are not required to install any servers or software. The solution is
already integrated with a certified payment gateway and merchants only need to register.
2. Registration: Merchants will register through MobilCash’s
website or directly with a MobilCash representative, by submitting all documentation required by the payment gateway.
MobilCash acts as a reseller-distributor of the payment gateway, adding the mobile technology. Customers are not
required to be previously registered.
3. Download: Merchants (MobilPOS) and/or customers (MobilBuy)
download the application into their cellular phone (Java capable with a data connection):
- Accepting a text message with wap-push or
- Directing the browser of their cellular phone to an address provided
4. Setup: Merchants setup MobilPOS on to their device by confirming
the phone number, username, and password. This one-time process will create a unique encryption key that will stay in
the phone, verifying the user’s identity and encrypting all future transactions. Merchants set up their list of products
or commercial offer through MobilCash’s website. Customers setup MobilBuy into their mobile phone simply by entering
their phone number.
5. MobilPOS Transaction: Customer presents the credit/debit card to
the MobilCash merchant (customer requires no registration or affiliation with MobilCash), then the merchant enters amount
of the purchase and credit/debit card information into the application MobilPOS residing in his mobile device. The
transaction is authorized and the merchant is notified. Customer has the option to receive a confirmation via SMS.

6. MobilBuy Transaction: Customer selects the merchant from the
categorized list on the MobilBuy application residing on his/her phone, selects the product to purchase, chooses to
use a previously registered credit/debit card or enters a new one, confirms with his/her 8-digit PIN, the transaction
is authorized, and the customer notified. Merchant can receive notification of the authorized purchase with approval
code from different channels: SMS message, email, direct connection to the merchant server, or through MobilCash’s
website. Also, a numeric or two-dimensional bar code (QR code) can be sent to the customer’s phone and validated by
the merchant.

End-to-end Data Encryption:

Secure Registration:
Before the application can be utilized, an automatic setup process is launched, allowing a set of encryption keys to be stored in the phone memory. This encrypted data is used in every transaction.
PIN Authorization and Lockout:
An 8-digit PIN created by each customer at registration is used to authorize each transaction. The account automatically gets blocked if the PIN is wrongly entered three times.
Multi-factor Authentication:
The application links each unique customer to a mobile device, a phone number, a PIN and a username and password, providing the highest level of privacy and ensuring compliance.
Remote Deactivation:
In the event of theft or loss, the MobilBanking account can be remotely deactivated.
